Can I get a student discount when shopping with you?
Online we offer 10% off for students who are members of UNiDAYS on full price products. In store we offer 10% off on full price products to anyone with a valid University Student ID. For both, please visit our terms and conditions for more information. Exclusions apply.
Will I need to pay customs duty on my bag order?
If you live outside of the EU, China or Australia it is possible that you may need to pay customs and duties. Each country has different methods of working out charges so we’re unable to provide more detail. We would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office to find out more.
I live in South Korea, do I need to pay any customs and duties on my order?
We are now registered and able to part-take in the EU – South Korean FTA which means that all orders being sent to South Korea will benefit from zero-rated or lower customs and duty fees.
Why does it appear that I am still being charged VAT when I am ordering from outside the UK?
We have local, market specific RRPs (Recommended Retail Prices). All international orders outside of the EU are zero rated for VAT at checkout and any price differences are due to changes in exchange rates.
I live abroad, how do I claim back VAT for purchases made on the website?
You can claim back VAT on purchases you have made in store. You have three months after purchase to complete your claim and you can accumulate purchases during this time. Purchases made online are not eligible for a VAT tax return.

How can I pay for my order using a Gift Card?
You can use your gift card during checkout by selecting the option ‘GIft Card’. All you need to do is enter your gift card number and gift card security code which you can find on the back of your gift card. To redeem in store, just hand over at the cash desk.
Why is my promotional code not working?
Your promotional code might not work for a number of reasons. Most likely it will be because you’re trying to use two codes in conjuction with each other, most of our codes cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer. If your code is still not workng, simply contact our Customer Care team by clicking below who will he happy to advise.
Why has my card been declined?
There are a variety of reasons your card may have been declined. If you are an international customer it is likely that your card issuer has placed a block on international transfers for security reasons. You can find out more by contacting your card issuer.
